Tracksuzuka Shiho and Kuranaga Reira once seemed destined for success, sharing an intense passion for athletics and constantly motivating each other to reach new heights. Their promising future takes a devastating turn during a major competition when Shiho suffers a serious injury to her right foot, bringing her competitive ambitions to an abrupt end. With Reira's encouragement, Shiho gradually accepts her circumstances and takes on a new role as the team's manager, determined to remain involved in the sport she loves.

However, the arrival of Inose, the club's newly appointed advisor, changes everything. His unpleasant behavior quickly earns the resentment of the female athletes, yet Shiho finds herself repeatedly summoned to his office for private meetings. What initially seems like an uncomfortable arrangement soon develops into something far more disturbing.

A month later, Inose claims to possess conclusive evidence of Reira's alleged misconduct. Fearing that her closest friend's reputation and future could be destroyed, Shiho reluctantly agrees to negotiate with him. But Inose has no intention of resolving the matter fairly. Instead, he presents three degrading demands: Shiho must follow a humiliating daily routine involving an intimate device and photographic confirmation, obey his instructions without question, and leave him free from certain forms of physical involvement that could expose his misconduct.

Although Shiho outwardly accepts these conditions, her apparent submission conceals a carefully calculated plan. She intends to document every instance of Inose's abuse, protect Reira until the final tournament concludes, and eventually reveal the evidence needed to hold him accountable.

Unfortunately, enduring his demands proves far more difficult than she anticipated. As the days pass, the constant humiliation and psychological pressure begin to undermine her confidence and sense of control. What started as a temporary sacrifice to protect her friend gradually becomes an exhausting struggle against manipulation and coercion.

Now, Shiho faces an increasingly unsettling question: can she maintain her resolve long enough to expose Inose, or will the psychological consequences of his control overwhelm her before she can carry out her plan?
