After Shiho intervenes to protect Reira from a potentially devastating situation, Inose imposes three strict conditions that initially appear impossible to escape. However, once the complicated relationship between Inose and Reira comes to light, their previous agreement is abruptly abandoned, leaving both women facing an entirely different set of circumstances.

Although the demanding daily routines are finally brought to an end, Shiho and Reira have no intention of returning to their former lives as competitive athletes. Instead, they make the unexpected decision to abandon their sporting ambitions and explore an unconventional lifestyle shaped by submission, psychological pressure, and increasingly blurred personal boundaries.

Inose soon introduces another disturbing proposition, establishing three new rules that will determine their futures.

Under the first condition, both women must spend an entire week at an inn wearing costumes selected by its VIP guests, regardless of their personal preferences. The second requires them to satisfy the demands of wealthy patrons without questioning their instructions. Finally, the third establishes a humiliating competition based on their sexual responses over the seven-day period. The winner will be recognized as Inose's wife, while the loser will be assigned to serve the inn's regular customers.

With their futures now dependent on the outcome of this degrading arrangement, Shiho and Reira find themselves competing against each other once again. Yet this confrontation bears little resemblance to the athletic rivalry that once inspired them to become stronger together.

Former teammates who shared the same dreams and supported each other through countless challenges must now navigate a deeply troubling contest where their relationship, personal boundaries, and future choices are all at stake. What began as a desperate attempt to protect a friendship has transformed into an unpredictable struggle with consequences neither woman could have imagined.
